Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation from PayPal. You
will receive another notification via PayPal messaging and Caravan Gallery Art when your order has shipped.
Shipping and processing may be delayed during peak periods due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of my
control. Please watch for announcements on the website regarding updated shipping and/or processing times.
Also at this time I do not ship to third party addresses.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free standard shipping is for domestic U.S. orders only. Please contact me via email for shipping option upgrades ie. express or nextday.
Shipping Insurance
Open Edition artworks are shipped free and that includes up to $50 insurance. If you would like additional insurance, please contact me before
purchasing so I can set that up for you. Limited and Original Editions will be include full insurance coverage regardless
of which carrier I choose. I usually choose USPS Priority but may choose UPS or FedEx depending on the size of the art.
International Shipping
At this time, I do not ship to international countries. As my store grows I will
offer this option for shipping but currently do not. If you really would like to have a specific piece of my art please contact me via email OR
look for the "Instand Digital Printable" option on many of the artworks. This will enable you to purchase a digital copy of that art
and then print it locally at your favorite printer. This only applies to Open Editions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a message notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please
allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping
confirmation email, please contact me at laurao@caravangalleryart.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some of my carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. I will contact you if this appears to be the case. Please be prepared
to provide an alternate physical address that I can give to that carrier. I want you to have zero problems with your shipment!
