Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Since my products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. My product
fulfillment companies are print-on-demand companies, which means that all products are unique and produced
only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong
size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Damaged or Defective product
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement or a refund will be offered
if the problem is reported to me within 10 days of product delivery, along with the required photo
proof. For DTG products (garments) minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered
as defects. Please let me know immediately if there is a problem with your order so that I can make it right!
Refunds
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund
of the product price only will be issued. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either
a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. Again, please let me know right away if
something seems amiss with your delivery so I can pursue it on your behalf.
